That's awesome. I'm just doing the old fashioned exercise my butt off and diet thing. It's really hard. I'm doing good though, I gave away my christmas candy, and I've lost 5 pounds. Where's my carrots? :D

Karlene--Sassy water consists of water (of course), sliced lemons, sliced cucumber, grated ginger, and mint leaves. It's surprisingly quite tasty.
